Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn garments back into their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Label and Post

  Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated collection point.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days.
